1 Bukit Utama, the first phase, was launched in 2002 and completed in 2005 under the ‘sell-then-build’ concept. It has five blocks offering 586 condominium units with a minimum floor area ranging from 1,981 sq feet to 2,000 sq feet and sited on high-rise, medium or low-rise blocks.

Each condominium unit comes with a large lanai-style balcony designed as an extension of the living room which was added to provide functional outdoor space.
