9 Bukit Utama is a 3-tower condominium project in the Bandar Utama township, the second phase after 1 Bukit Utama. It was launched in October 2010 on a “build-then-sell” concept and targeted at families due to the larger unit sizes, functional and practical designs. The three high-rise tower blocks consists of a total 911 condominium units with sizes ranging from 2,286 to 8,250 sq feet. Penthouse units are fitted with an infinity pool.

Each condominium unit comes complete with built-in wardrobes, water heaters, air-conditions and kitchen cabinets fitted with appliances such as hood, hob and oven.
